On the weekends, he loves to spend time with his wife Shereen, and children Kareem and Karin. He enjoys fishing, jet skiing and camping.

She has been with us since 2010 and has another 5 years in management. She loves spending time with her husband, Rigo, and their two dogs: Rufus and Lilly, both rescued dogs. She collects clothes, food and small appliances several times a year, which she then takes to very poor families in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico. And lastly, for some strange reason, she loves to cook lunch for the entire office at least twice a week. If you come at noon, she will probably feed you too!

The last 10 she has spent it in building the Marsh Agency from a startup in 2007 to one that has helped more than 4000 families and households with getting protection. She is passionate about informing the customers about the protection options appropriate to their needs. As a true believer in social justice, she invested 10 years of her life to assisting low-income service workers in their fight for living wages and to obtain benefits that complemented their income. She loves spending time with her family and their dog Misty.

    Originally from Venezuela, Luz came to our office in 2018. She brought with her more than a decade in managerial and sales experience from tourism services. She plays flute and piano which she did professionally for her hometown’s orchestra – the Orquesta Típica de Táchira. She has an associate degree in architecture from UNET. In her off time, she loves going to musical events, especially when there’s dancing involved. She lives with her husband, Norberto, and daughter, Andrea.

    Originally from El Salvador, Carmen has been with us for more than a decade, helping customers learn to protect their families and assets. Before joining our agency, Carmen worked in finance and was a business owner, and she provides a wealth of knowledge. She has an associate degree in business administration from UFG. In her off time, she’s a loving mother to Giovanna, Giovanni and Jasmine. She loves eating everything Maria makes, but never gains a pound! She also loves dancing and is an avid soccer fan.
